Alan Grace

Alan has over thirty-five years’ experience designing, constructing and operating chemical manufacturing facilities throughout the world. Relevant experience also includes the role of President Global Manufacturing for Incitec Pivot Limited (IPL) an ASX listed company. Alan has been Project Director for two $1Billion chemical plant projects in Queensland and Louisiana, USA.

Whilst at IPL, Alan was Project Manager for the due diligence phase of its acquisition from BHP of the then Southern Cross Fertilisers (an integrated phosphate mine and ammonium phosphate plant) and its subsequent integration into the business. These assets (located at Mt Isa and Phosphate Hill) were sites within Alan’s accountability as President Global Manufacturing.

Alan is a chemical engineer and was previously a director of Fabchem China Ltd., a Singapore listed company with operations in China.
